The title is obviously a reference to [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/That_Feeling,_You_Can_Only_Say_What_It_Is_in_French That Feeling, You Can Only Say What It Is in French], a Stephen King short story that is a lot grimmer than this tale of schoolboy romance. While the feeling referenced in King's title is déjà vu, the feeling referenced in this title is the sensation of thigh-fucking, which I think most people would prefer.

Also, I know nothing of Latin and have had to rely on multiple resources to make Higgins' yammerings sound even remotely accurate.
