==Summary==
Seth Mitchell (or, more accurately, his high school's football team) isn't having the best season. They can't quite seem to get it together, and their win-lose ratio isn't anything which will bring talent scouts a-knocking.

His boyfriend, Tanner Williams (or, more accurately, the school marching band), however, is having a fantastic season: Superior at every marching competition, with one even earning the coveted Superior with Distinction.

Since Tanner and the band have it together so well, Seth asks for advice. Tanner obliges, but has another bit of information: his parents are on vacation. Can Seth put aside his stress about the football team to focus on what he has right in front of him?

“Try not to chafe your dick thinking of me tonight.” With a grin, Tanner gave Seth another kiss — purposefully keeping it as chaste as possible.
“You know I can’t promise anything like that,” Seth said, then he gathered up his items to climb out of the car and go inside.

==Author's Notes==
So this was written for [http://campnanowrimo.org/campers/analogwatch/novels/eight-to-five Camp NaNoWriMo!] In roughly 18 days I managed to crank out 10,397 words. (Through revision this lost roughly... eh, 200 words?) I'm pretty proud of it, especially considering I wrote it in such a short span of time, while juggling two kids. I also had a lovely dear friend helping me out with revision, so her suggestions probably helped the story a lot!

Seth is still way too much fun to write, with his horrendous potty mouth.

*http://fairyninjas.wordpress.com/2016/06/24/ssbb-61-something-old-something-new/: "A football guy and a band guy. While still being short and sweet, this one took some time to deal with the closetedness (or not) of the two guys. Also, they were very…human, I guess, in that they had some clear, yet simple flaws–like the one guy was a bit of a jerk. Not to any extreme, just a forgivable amount that’s enough to be human without being super-humanly flawed."
