Summary
A failed attempt at reincarnating a supersoldier meets his former self's old boyfriend.
Author's Notes
This story is a second-chance tale in more than one way. Obviously it's about people who get second chances (of a sort), but the story itself also got a second chance at life: I started it for Issue 50, all the way back in August 2014, but I petered out fairly early in the process and never completed it. When this issue came around, I thought I'd give it another shot at life.
There's fanon influence here, but I'll be impressed if you can spot it.
