Shousetsu Bang*Bang publishes its regular issues every two months throughout the year. These contain explicit m/m content. All issues have a theme and contain stories between 1500 and 23,000 words; the exception is December issues, which are theme-free and have no upper limit on story length.

These issues are 'regular' issues because they are the kind Shousetsu Bang*Bang was founded to include, and therefore make up the majority of published issues. However, there are also Special Issues, Artist Special Issues, and Yes, And Issues.

Starting in 2019 the regular issues are open to any queer content and the other types of issue are discontinued.
