Summary
A man wanders the barren wilderness of a dystopian world, and encounters a group of survivors lead by a mysterious young man.
"You're what we're scouting for," she said. "We're looking for people. Met wants to talk to people from all the tribes." Peters went very still. "You're from Met's village." It should have been his first assumption, actually, upon seeing a child. But five months in the fallows alone, it was surprisingly easy to shed some types of instincts.
