Shousetsu Bang*Bang issue 17 was released on January 1, 2009. There was no theme.
It was originally posted at bb-shousetsu.livejournal.com/36209.html and is mirrored at shousetsubangbang.com/mirror/frontpage/bangbang-no-17/.
This issue allowed for holiday gift requests[1], where readers were allowed to leave one request for a story in the comments to the signup post. Because of this, this issue had no limit on the number of stories a single author could submit, so long as at least one of those was a request.
