I didn't think I'd be able to get a story under 3500 words for the Short Shorts issue, but I finished [[Bending the Knee]] (which obviously wouldn't qualify, being 19k) but I didn't feel like I was done writing, especially about some of the secondary characters I'd gotten attached to. Summary
Armed with some free time and information, a gay man in a homophobic society finds himself a sex partner.
Author's Notes
Set during or right after the end of Bending the Knee.
I didn't think I'd be able to get a story under 3500 words for the Short Shorts issue, but I finished Bending the Knee (which obviously wouldn't qualify, being 19k) but I didn't feel like I was done writing, especially about some of the secondary characters I'd gotten attached to.
