Delivery Available

Delivery Available is a story written by Daifuku Hoyako. It ran in Issue 23 at http://s2b2.livejournal.com/130351.html, and is mirrored at http://www.shousetsubangbang.com/mirror/delivery-available/.

Summary

From delicious.com: "SF. Dwin returns home to help with his family's bakery only to find more from one of his regular deliveries. I like the feel of this world, where people live on floating islands in the sky, and the characters are three dimensional. The whole not knowing what you want and finding it anyway for Dwin is really nicely written."

• delicious.com: "The world-building at the beginning is incredibly beautiful. I have such a clear mental image of their incredible surroundings - futurisitc but natural and home-like. It reminded me quite a lot of Howl's Moving Castle in the way that something which should be bizarre and fantastical becomes very normal."
