Hashinaka Choko

Hashinaka Choko (橋中蝶子) is better known as Farasha, FarashaSilver, and Farasha Silversand in various places around the internet. She is a Texas-based science fiction and fantasy author who has contributed stories to Shousetsu Bang*Bang. She is a two-time NaNoWriMo winner (2010 and 2013). Currently her creative drive trends more toward novels than short stories (she has a notorious issue with keeping short stories, well, SHORT).

Much of Farasha's work includes subversion of common tropes or extrapolation of cliches in an attempt to draw a more meaningful story out of an overused framework. Her other fiction may be found at AO3 and Fictionpress. She can be found on Tumblr.
