Summary

From fail-fandomanon.dreamwidth.org: "A Fairy Queen casts her spell over Georgian (I think?) era London and demands one human soul in tribute. Simon, son of great magicians but with no magic himself, is chosen by lottery to be the sacrifice. Rust, a magician and friend of the family, insists on accompanying him into Fairy."
