Author's Notes

One translation of "A mon seul désir." translates to "To my only desire." It is the unofficial title for the sixth tapestry in the 15th century French tapestry series La Dame à la licorne . The exact interpretation of the phrase and of the tapestry is still debated by scholars and artists.
