External Reviews

• pinboard.in: "Set in (unspecified but historical) wartime China, you know that the handsome smooth-skinned General Liu must be a woman in disguise, so I don't feel bad about saying that I love the trope of women masquerading as men so that they can be warriors. The illustrations are lovely, too."
• delicious.com: "So delicate, with beautiful art. It would make a fantastic film. A Chinese warrior and the waitress in a wine shop find love."
